I noticed some crumbs on the floor when I checked in, and housekeeping didn’t come around during my stay. The elevator had issues, stopping unexpectedly, which was inconvenient, especially on the second floor. I also struggled with the room temperature. the thermostat was unresponsive, making it hot and humid at times. While I enjoyed the well-designed layout, better maintenance is definitely needed. Overall, the location is convenient, but improvements in room upkeep and facilities would enhance the experience.
