Beautiful location and interior of hotel is wonderful with fish pond, water features and plants & trees everywhere

House keeping was not good. One day my trash cans were left full and two other days coffee cups and used glasses were left in room.

Great value for the money You get happy hour and a wonderful breakfast. Best Location and nice staff

This place suits me perfectly. I love the outdoor pool, bar area, and laundry service. The staff once helped me find my lost ring. Highly recommend visiting during the holiday season!

The beautiful pool area and the fresh breakfast options made this romantic getaway even more special. The king suite was spacious and perfect for kicking back with my partner.

Breakfast was awesome, scenic views, awesome location close to the mall and eateries, the Biltmore Plaza shopping, and eateries and shopping. The room was huge and it was beautiful. The bed seemed fine and it was fairly clean all around.

Booked a room in the pull out bed. The service was EXCELLENT, the staff were very amiable.

The pool area was relaxing. The breakfast options were tasty with a great made-to-order omelet station. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. The room cleanliness left something to be desired. I noticed some crumbs on the floor when I checked in, and housekeeping didn't come around . I also struggled with the room temperature. The thermostat was unresponsive. While I enjoyed the well-designed layout, better maintenance is definitely needed. The location is convenient, but improvements in room upkeep and facilities would enhance the experience.

The hotel was fantastic for our family, especially with our three dogs. We enjoyed taking them for walks in the nearby parks and the beautiful hotel grounds. The spacious suite provided plenty of room for everyone, and we appreciated the friendly service during breakfast.

My kids wished there were more outdoor activities suitable for them.

The atrium features beautiful koi ponds. The spacious suite wassuper clean and cozy, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating, providing great assistance throughout my stay.
